La vivienda se ubica en una gran parcela dominada por la vegetación abierta, lo que condiciona a la hora del diseño, tomando la decisión de crear una privacidad de la vivienda con respecto al entorno, cerrándola al exterior en la zona de acceso y diseñando una casa patio que se abre a las vistas del lago.

La vivienda tiene una rotunda forma geométrica que se rompe creando volúmenes vacíos en patios y rampas de conexión con el terreno,

El uso de materiales como la madera y la piedra aportan calidad a los espacios arquitectónicos.

La captación de la luz , se consigue mediante grandes ventanales correderos.
